What to Expect

Schedule a consultation

You can schedule your consultation with us by calling (719) 576-4247 or emailing us at [email protected]. We have appointments Monday through Thursday from 8am-5pm. We also have appointments available on Friday, by request. You can find our office at 1580 E. Cheyenne Mtn. Blvd, Ste. 140, Colorado Springs, CO 80906.

Fill out patient forms

If you are being referred from another dentist, please help us by providing as much previous dental information as possible. You can download a copy of a records release form so we can obtain your x-rays and dental history. Please complete our new patient information form before you arrive. If you are self-referred, you can also obtain any relevant information you feel Dr. Batson may need in addition to the new patient information.

Arrive at your consultation

Dr. Batson will perform a comprehensive evaluation and review your dental history with you at your scheduled consultation. It is very important you express your goals and desires at this appointment. Plan to spend approximately 60-90 minutes with us. Dr. Batson will try to give you an estimate on costs and time for your solutions at this appointment. If additional specialty referrals are necessary, you may need a complimentary re-consultation at a later date to review your treatment solutions.
